International Forum for Cooperation in Agricultural Science and Technology

Agricultural industries from around the world have become closely connected by economic globalization. Additional ties have been established through efforts to combat global warming and its associated problems. A worldwide revolution in agricultural science and technology is taking place. Breakthroughs in biotechnology, information science, automated controls, and new materials all have applications in agriculture. In order to establish and strengthen international cooperation in agriculture, the International Forum for Cooperation in Agricultural Science and Technology will be held in Yangling during the 14th Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Fair in November 2007. The forum will be one of the highlights of the fair. With “cooperation, innovation and development” as its theme, the forum will serve as a platform for researchers and senior managers from Australia, New Zealand, China, and other countries to share their experiences and establish cooperative relations for future work. 相关阅读
