It is the an effective way by strengthening efficient utilization of dairy feed resources and healthy dairy farming to raise cows yields as well as to enhance the quality of milk. Details were as follows: basic parameters of typical ration formulation for dairy predominant region in China was provided by the study on assessment of the nutritional value of dairy feed, the nutritional requirements, and efficient utilization of dairy feed resources; nutrition regulation and environmental emission reduction was studied through the regulation of nitrogen metabolism, rumen energy-nitrogen balance regulation and the use of additives; evaluation system on management effectiveness of dairy farming was established through cows digital management system and the key indicators for monitoring of the nutritional and metabolic research.
