In this study, lux bioluminescence genes will be used into the field of probiotic research, to meet the test of probiotics in the digestive tract of animal needs. Cloning and restructuring a vector (plasmids, transposons), make the lux genes into bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium) and lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus) and other major probiotics by biotransformation, to buildthermal stability high sensitivity, light and strong biotechnology light probiotics.Use it as a test model in mice to reseach the probiotics in the animal digestive tract adhesion, colonization sites, distribution, growth and reproduction Dynamic changes in the external environment by bioluminescent detection technology, revealing the beneficial effect of probiotics on the host and the mechanism. so lux reporter gene system's rapid, sensitive, no damage and easy detection l characteristics in probiotic research be utilized. The completion of the project for real-time visual monitoring of probiotics in vivo the dynamic changes, probiotics, and screening study provides new research methods and theoretical basis, and for probiotic functional product development and scientific management is important.
