Isolation, structural elucidation and chemical modification of bioactive components from natural products; High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method development and analysis; Utilizing HPLC equipped with different detectors to qualify the herb remedies and to standardize the dietary supplements; Process development for scale-up production of naturally occurring dietary supplement; Large-scale extraction and purification of specific pure medicinal compound guided by HPLC and LC-MS techniques.
