Research Interests:
1. Exploration of novel microorganisms, especially endophyti fungi that have ability in
production of functional compounds.
2. Investigation and biological control of toxingenic fungi contaminated in foods.
Professional Activities：
Teaching: Giving the courses of Food Mcirobiology and Food Enzymology for undergraduate students and postgraduate students.
Research: Finding out novel microorganisms from nature, investigating their properties and applying them in food processing and food safety. Fermentation and construction of engineering strain were also within the research field.
