Research Interests:
(1) EC-SPR (Electrochemical surface Plasmon resonance): Detecting the concentration of food contaminants by EC-SPR; Developing ultrasensitive EC-SPR biosensor by combing the advantages of nanotechnique and immunoassay.
(2) Synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles; Labeling nanoparticles by functional biomolecules and developing novel biosensor for the optical detection of food contaminants and microorganism.
(3) Chemical modified electrode: Combing the advantages of aptamer and the amplification effect of nanoparticles to develop the electrochemical biosensor of food contaminants.
(4) Nano-antioxidant and Nano-toxicity.
